Once relocation has taken place, our Destination Services Consultant will provide the new hire or relocating employee with a thorough overview of their new employment community and surrounding area, including current area information and resources addressing the needs and concerns of the employee and their families. The guided area tour is customized to the immediate area where the employee will be residing and our commitment is to help facilitate a smooth and positive transition into the new community.
Our rental assistance program is designed to familiarize the relocating employee with housing options characteristic of their new community. After a thorough housing orientation and area familiarization, we assist the employee in locating and securing suitable housing tailored to meet their specific budget guidelines and rental requirements.
Our goal is to facilitate a smooth transition into the new community by providing direct, hands-on assistance and resources needed to accomplish challenging settling-in tasks. This allows the relocating employee to able to focus on what is truly important to them. JER will accompany the employee and/or provide the resources to facilitate customized settling-in tasks individually identified by the employee.
