We’ve been on your side of the table.
Journey’s End was established in 2001 by professionals who spent their careers managing relocation on the corporate side — the people responsible for moving talent for the companies they led.
Because we personally used these services, we know exactly what our clients will need. These are the very services we needed ourselves while supporting transferees and their families through every stage of a move.
That perspective is rare. As the only destination services company owned and run by former corporate mobility leaders, we understand that getting people settled — confidently and quickly — is the foundation everything else in mobility is built on.
How We’re Different
We do the heavy lifting — so every specialist does only what they do best.
Most of the demanding work happens here at Journey’s End, handled by people who have managed mobility throughout their careers, moved thousands of employees, and understand firsthand the stress a family feels during a move.
We don’t hand everything off to a local contractor we’ve never met. Our destination services consultants are independent professionals — not our employees — so we focus them on the one thing they do exceptionally well: knowing their area and guiding people through it.
By the time a transferee is introduced to a local consultant, the heavy lifting is already done. We simply ask each consultant to do their part — and nothing they aren’t equipped to do.
